How to delete your account
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Sleepsyn account. This removes all your sleep data, habit logs, and account information immediately and cannot be undone.
This action is permanent and immediate
Once you confirm deletion, all your sleep logs, habit data, chronotype, and account
details are deleted immediately. There is no recovery option. If you have an active Premium subscription,
cancel it separately from the App Store before deleting your account.

Open Settings
Tap the Settings icon on the bottom navigation bar of the app. It is
the last icon on the right.

Tap My Account
Tap My account at the top of the Settings screen. This opens your
account details page.

Tap Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of the My Account screen and tap Delete account. A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm
your decision.

Confirm deletion
Tap Yes, delete my account in the popup to
confirm. Your account and all data is deleted immediately. You will be signed out and returned to the
welcome screen.
Need help or can't access the app?
If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, email us directly at ahmadinfo05@gmail.com and we will delete your
account and all data manually within 24 hours.
